Congratulations on your new home- the greatest gift of all is that you and dad got to share that experience together- and you made it your own- there are many men out there that are physically fit and have not the compassion to do something like that- and the best gift of all is resources are all at your fingertips-circle of life doesn’t get better than that- Godspeed
